Questions
Which currencies can I hold, and which can I pay out in?
These are two lists. Receiving details (dedicated IBANs, virtual IBANs and USD accounts for SWIFT) cover a set of account currencies. Conversion and payouts cover 40+ currencies. We confirm both lists for your business before you open an account.
What is a client collection account?
An account with its own details used only to receive money from your customers or clients. It keeps third-party funds apart from the account you use to pay suppliers and staff. How client money is held is agreed with each business during onboarding.
How many virtual IBANs can I have?
Virtual IBANs are available for supported account currencies. The number you need is agreed during onboarding, based on how you collect payments.
Is Valtora a bank?
No. Valtora is a financial technology platform, not a bank. Valtora coordinates your business review and onboarding.
Can I keep trading funds separate from my main balances?
Yes. A trading account is a separate multi-currency account that funds crypto trading. Money moves in and out only when you move it, and payments can't spend from it. Only cards you choose to link to it can. Availability is confirmed during onboarding.
