How we use the details you send us
Last updated 30 October 2026
What we collect
This website collects only what you enter in its forms, plus a few details about how you reached the form. Fields marked optional can be left blank.
- Account request form: name, email, account type (business or personal), country of incorporation or residence, and for businesses the company name, industry and expected monthly volume.
- Business enquiry form: name, work email, company, country of incorporation, industry, monthly payment volume, services of interest and your message. Optionally, the countries and currencies your money comes from and goes to, your role and your organisation type.
- International trade enquiry form: name, business email, company, registration country, whether you need to pay suppliers, receive buyer payments or both, and your approximate monthly volume. Optionally, your sending and receiving countries, the currencies you use, whether you work in fiat, crypto or both, and your main payment challenge.
- Preferred contact method (all forms, optional): email, phone call, messenger or video call. If you choose a phone call, your phone number. If you choose a messenger, whether you use WhatsApp or Telegram, and your WhatsApp number or your Telegram username or number.
- Team contact form: name, email, your message, the senior team member you wrote to and, optionally, your company.
- Source, language and referral: the page or link you used to reach the form, the solution page for trade enquiries, the website language you were using when you sent the form, and the referral code from an invite link if you used one. When you request an account, we also create a referral code for you to share.
- Telegram support chat: if you message our Telegram bot, we receive your Telegram display name, your username if you have one, your Telegram user ID, whether you opened the chat from this website, and the messages, photos, documents and voice messages you send. Our support team reads and answers them in a private Telegram group. We store your user ID, name, username, the text of your messages and our replies, and the links between messages in our database, so that replies reach you and our team can see the conversation history. For photos, documents and voice messages we store only the type, caption and file name; the files stay on Telegram. Telegram's own privacy policy also applies to messages sent through Telegram.
Why we use it
We use these details to reply to your enquiry, to contact you by the method you prefer about early access and account opening, and to understand which products, countries and website languages to prioritise. We don't sell your details or use them for third-party advertising.
Where it is stored
The website runs on Vercel. Form submissions are processed by Vercel servers in the United States (Washington, D.C. region) and stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon in the EU (Frankfurt region). Only authorised Valtora staff can view submissions, through a password-protected admin page. When you send a form or message our Telegram bot, a copy of the details is also emailed to the Valtora team's internal inbox through Resend, our email provider. Vercel, our hosting provider, also processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. Valtora does not store your IP address with your form submission.
Cookies, local storage and tracking
This site sets no cookies for visitors and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. A sign-in cookie is used only on the staff admin page.
If you choose a language with the language selector, your browser keeps that choice in its local storage so the site opens in the same language next time. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser. If you use the platform tour, your browser keeps the demo workspace in its session storage until you close the tab, so it survives reloading the page. It holds only sample data and anything you type into the demo, stays on your device and is not sent to us.
The website is available in English, Russian, Arabic, Spanish and Simplified Chinese. These are the languages of this website. They do not indicate which countries Valtora serves.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and delete them when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Send the request through the business enquiry form and we'll confirm by email.
